The Hong Kong Council for Testing and Certification appoints two new members to its Panel on Manpower Development through the Member Self-recommendation Scheme for Youth

Through the Member Self-recommendation Scheme for Youth (MSSY), the Government recruits young people aged between 18 and 35 with a commitment to serve the community to join various government advisory committees. The Panel on Manpower Development under the Hong Kong Council for Testing and Certification (HKCTC) has joined the MSSY Phase III.

It is announced that Dr Gray Ho Koon-sing and Ms Suen Wai-lam have been appointed as two new members of the Panel on Manpower Development through the MSSY for a term from 1^st February 2021 to 31^st December 2022.
